Please follow the steps below:
1. Visit the Finance Division website and click “CTBC Bank” or click 中國信託學費代收 2022
2. Select “Student Payment Procedure.”
3. Enter the school code.
(1)Enter 8824300356, or
(2)Select New Taipei City → Tamkang University Tuition and Miscellaneous Fees from the drop-down list. The system will automatically fill in the school code.
4. Enter your Student ID number, then click “Search” to view and print your payment slip.
Q2: When will my Tuition and Miscellaneous Fees Payment Slip be available?
ANS:
For the first semester of each academic year:
1. New Continuing Education students: Payment slips are mailed at the beginning of August.
2. Transfer students and students admitted through special admissions: Payment slips are enclosed with the admission package.
3. Returning students: Payment slips are mailed at the beginning of August.
Q3: Why can’t I register or enroll in courses?
ANS: This usually indicates that your tuition and miscellaneous fees have not yet been paid.
Please complete the following steps:
1. Obtain a late payment slip from the Finance Division.
2. Pay the outstanding fees at the Cashier Section.
Once your payment has been confirmed, you may proceed with registration and course enrollment.
Q4: What payment methods are available?
ANS:
You may pay your tuition and miscellaneous fees using one of the following methods:
1. Credit card
2. ATM bank transfer
3. Cash payment at CTBC Bank or any post office
4. Cash payment at: 7-ELEVEN, FamilyMart, Hi-Life, OK Mart
Notes:
The payment deadline is shown on the payment slip.
New transfer students and Continuing Education students are advised not to use a credit card for their first-semester payment.
Q5: Will I receive a refund if I withdraw from the University, take a leave of absence, or are dismissed?

Q6: Do I need to pay additional fees for the Teacher Education Program?
ANS: Students enrolled in the Teacher Education Program are required to pay tuition based on the number of credits taken.
Q7: How are tuition and fees calculated for deferred students?
ANS:
1. Deferred students are required to pay credit fees and student group insurance premiums.
2. Students taking 10 or more credits must pay the full tuition and miscellaneous fees required by their department. Students taking 9 credits or fewer are charged on a per-credit basis.
Q8: Why is my tuition adjusted after the add/drop period?
ANS:
1. For students in the Continuing Education Program, in-service master’s programs, and deferred study status, tuition is initially calculated based on the estimated number of credits.
2. After the add/drop period, tuition and miscellaneous fees will be recalculated according to the actual number of registered credits. Any difference will be refunded or collected accordingly.
Q9: When will tuition adjustments (refunds or additional payments) be processed?

Tuition adjustments are generally processed about one month after the add/drop period.

Q10: What tuition and fees do I need to pay while studying abroad?
ANS:
Students participating in overseas study programs are required to pay the tuition and fees required by the host institution.
In addition, they must pay one-quarter of Tamkang University’s miscellaneous fees.
Exchange students are required to pay the full miscellaneous fees to Tamkang University and are exempt from paying tuition and miscellaneous fees to the partner university, unless otherwise specified by the host institution.
